HALLOWEEN CONTEST 2009

The Portside Arts Center hosted a Halloween Costume Contest on Saturday October 31, 2009. Children of all ages came to the Portside Arts Center and showed off their most creative, scariest and cutest costume. The Winners were Kaila Engle and Branden & Jackie Wolf.
